What you get that they don’t have

Hompath/Zomeo and RadarOpus are excellent rubric-lookup engines with three decades of digitised text behind them. Neither has shipped a single generative-AI feature.

AI-assisted repertorisation

Describe the case the way you took it. The AI proposes rubrics and a differential, and shows the reasoning that produced each one, so you can accept it, correct it, or discard it. Hompath and RadarOpus have no generative AI at all — they wait for you to find the rubric.

Provenance on every score

Kent’s Repertory for the grading, Boericke’s Materia Medica for the monograph, and the arithmetic printed underneath: the score is the sum of remedy grade × symptom intensity across the rubrics you selected. Nothing is asserted that you cannot re-derive.

Audio case-taking

Record the consultation and get a structured case back — symptoms, modalities, observations — instead of typing it up between patients. Nothing else in this category does this.

Your own clinic patients

File a case for a walk-in who has never heard of Selvelia. Their name goes on the case, no account required on their side. The tool is for your whole practice, not only for patients we sent you.

Nothing to install

It runs in a browser. Consulting-room desktop, phone on a home visit, laptop at night — same case, same login. No Windows-only build, no USB dongle to lose, no per-machine licence.

Patients arrive too

Selvelia’s patient side routes reviewed cases and video consultations to verified doctors. Your practice software and your referral channel are the same login, which is not a trade either competitor offers.

Provenance

You were trained to check the source. So check it.

A homeopath who has spent twenty years in Kent does not want a number from a black box. Every remedy score in Selvelia’s expert system carries the repertory it came from, the rubrics that contributed, and the sum that produced it — and every monograph links through to the full Boericke text. If you disagree with a rubric, drop it and the score recomputes in front of you.

The AI’s suggestions are labelled as suggestions, with the reasoning attached, before you accept any of them. It proposes; you prescribe.

Competitor prices and capabilities are their own published claims as of July 2026 and may change; check with the vendor before you buy. Hompath/Zomeo is a product of Mind Technologies, RadarOpus of Zeus Soft. Selvelia is not affiliated with either.

Where we don’t win yet

Selvelia ships a curated 500-rubric subset of Kent — roughly one to two per cent of a single full repertory — and no Boenninghausen, Boger or Complete Repertory. Hompath and RadarOpus have digitised whole libraries and are genuinely ahead on raw breadth. If your practice depends on rare rubrics from a second or third repertory, they are still the better tool today, and we would rather say so than have you find out in week two. We are expanding rubric coverage — Mind, Generalities and Male first — and the AI, the provenance trace and the browser-anywhere access are what stand on their own in the meantime.

Questions doctors actually ask

Do I have to install anything?+

No. Selvelia runs in a browser on any device — there is no Windows-only build, no USB dongle, and no per-machine licence. Sign in on the consulting-room desktop and the same case is open on your phone.

Can I use it for my own clinic patients, or only for Selvelia referrals?+

Your own patients. The doctor case-taking and audio case-taking tools let you record a walk-in or referred patient by name without them ever creating a Selvelia account. Selvelia-routed cases arrive in the same workspace, but they are not a requirement.

Where do the remedy suggestions actually come from?+

Rubric grading comes from Kent’s Repertory and the monographs from Boericke’s Materia Medica — 242 remedies scored across a curated 500-rubric subset of Kent, and 652 monographs. Each remedy score is the sum of remedy grade multiplied by the intensity you assigned each symptom, and the tool prints that sum next to the score.

How does the repertory compare with Hompath or RadarOpus?+

Honestly: it is smaller. They have digitised complete repertory texts — Hompath claims 44 repertories, RadarOpus hundreds — and Selvelia currently ships a curated 500-rubric subset of Kent, which is a fraction of one repertory. We are expanding it. What Selvelia adds that neither of them has is generative AI over that data, with the reasoning shown, and a tool you can open on a phone.

Is the AI prescribing for me?+

No. It proposes rubrics and a differential; you decide. The prescription is yours, it is stored as a versioned record, and a revision adds a new version rather than overwriting the old one — so the case history stays intact for audit and for follow-up.

What happens to my patients’ data?+

It is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored under access rules that restrict a case to the patient and the treating doctor, and never sold or shared with third parties.

Can I cancel?+

Yes, any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no multi-year commitment and nothing to buy out.

How do I pay, and is it secure?+

Checkout runs through Razorpay, so your card details reach them and never us. A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown on the plan, and you can cancel it yourself from Settings at any time.

Try it against a case you already solved

The fastest way to judge a repertorisation tool is to give it a case whose outcome you already know. Bring one. If the reasoning doesn’t hold up, you have lost ten minutes and no money.
