Mucous membranes are affected by Abies Can. and gastric symptoms are most marked, and a catarrhal condition of the stomach is produced. There are pe- culiar cravings and chilly senisations that are very char- actertistic, especially for women with uterine displace- ment. Right lung and liver feel small and hard. Gleet. Debility, wants to lie down all the time; skin cold and clammy, hands cold ; very faint.

Head

Feels light-headed, tips.

Stomach

Canine hunger with torpid liver. Gnazu'- ing, hungry, faint fceliny at the epigastrium. Great ap- petite, craving for meat, pickles, radishes, turnips, arti- chokes, coarse food. Tendency to eat far beyond capacity for digestion. Burning and distention of stom- ach and abdomen with palpitation. Pain in right shoul- der-blade, and consipation, with burning in rectum.

Female

Uterine displacements. Sore feeling at fundus of uterus, relieved by pressure. Prostration; wants to lie down all the time. Thinks wombs is soft and feeble.

Fever

Cold shiverings, as if blood were ice-water. [Acon.] Chills run down back. Cold-water feeling be- tween shoulders. [4mmon. mur.] Skin clammy and sticky. Night-sweat.

Dose

First to third potency.
