Natrum Chloratum

Labarraque's Solution

In congested and atonic states of the uterus and its ligaments, with hepatic disorders. Chronic catarrhal diseases of the middle ear. Flabby, debilitated consti- tution. Both hands swollen in morning. Phlegmatic. Depressed, faint.

Head

Vertigo, with aching across forehead. Swim- ing feeling, as if top of head would foat off. Bleed- ing of nose in clots.

Mouth

Sore irritable spots along sides of tongue ard throat, gums sore, tongue swollen; aphthous ulcera- tion. Putrid taste. Furred tongue, large, flabby, in- dented. Cough with aphonia.

Stomach

Drowsy after rals. Urine.— Dark, with albumen and casts. 1 Diffuse nephritis. Much pain across small of back.

Female

Feeling as if uterus were pushed up on sit- ting down. [Ferr. iod.] Feels as if it opened and shut. Violent metrorrhagia. Leucorrhcea and backache. Passive, bearing-down from heavy condition of uterus. Womb is heavv, sodden, with tendency to prolapse.

Extremities

Hands swollen every morning. Ex- tem weakness in ankles and knees.

Relationships

Compare: Aur. mur. nat.; Calc.; Sepia; Heliotropium (uterine displacement, with active bearing-down sensation and loss of voice; membranous dysmenorrhcea). Antidotes: Pulsat.; Guaiacum.

Dose

Fifteen to twenty drops of Labarraque's solu- tion in water. Third attenuation made with dilute alco- hol, lower with water.
