Male

Extremities
Paralytic, tearing pains. Trembting of hands and feet. Burning on sides of fingers and loes. Onychia, ulceration around ends of fingers, cut- ting sensation under nails. Skin
Emaciated, shrwelcd, lies in folds [Abrot.; k$ani.], dry, flabby. Herpetic eruptions; ulcers. Rash 665 from exposure to open air: dry, itching; comes on in spring: becomes crusty. Rhagades; skin cracked on hands and feet. Skin hard, indurated.
Modalities
Worse, dampness at night, after urinat- ing, when yawning, in spring, before menses.
