Blue Vervain

Affects the skin and werzous system. Nervous de- pression, weakness and irritation and spasms. Pro- motes the absorption of blood and allays pain in bruises. Vesicular erysipelas. Passive congestion and intermit- tent fever. One of the remedies for Poison-oak. Epi- Icpsy. insomnia. mental exhaustion. In epilepsy, it brightens up the patient's mental pozwers and helps the constipation.

Dose

Single dose of the tincture. In epilepsy must be continued fur a long time. Verbena in the form of a tea as a diuretic drink is used by Vannier (Paris) to aid elimination in tubercular therapy. 773
